Sharing glimpses of the Teachers’ Conference of the Kanpur Chapter Institute of Company Secretaries of India held on 27th September’24, where our Director Ms. Ruma Chaturvedi graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is a statutory body constituted under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. It regulates and develops the profession of Company Secretaries,
with over 75,000 members and 2,00,000 students. Company Secretaries play a key role in governance, ensuring compliance with various laws, and contributing to the nation building.
Ms. Chaturvedi had been a visiting faculty at the Kanpur chapter of NIRC of ICSI for almost 10 years, teaching various subjects at the executive and professional level.
