We are delighted to share that our director, Ms. Ruma Chaturvedi, was invited as the Chief Guest by the Kanpur Chapter of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India on the eve of International Women's Day. She stressed the importance of women recognizing their strengths and making informed decisions without being swayed by societal pressures. Ms. Chaturvedi highlighted that it is not necessary to always strive to be a superwoman, proclaiming "We will do everything ourselves, we don't need anyone." Instead, she suggested that women should focus on building a support network for themselves, enabling them to assist each other when needed.
